Pine Lake is a private all sports lake that is about 395 acres in size.  It does have a deep spot of about 90 feet.  Pine Lake Country Club is on the lake and there is a marina on the lake that has a ski and wakeboard school.

The children on the lake go to West Bloomfield schools though there is one section of the lake that is Pontiac schools.  Lake home buyers there send their children to private schools.  There are condos on the lake that range from 2400 to 3400 sq foot in size.  We would call Pine Lake in West Bloomfield an upper end lake because the of the schools and being in West Bloomfield.  You will find that the homes will be a little pricier than lakefront homes in other cities.
