It is a small private all sports lake that is 46 acres in size. Some of the roads around the lake are gravel. The homes on the lake are on well and septic.
Most of the homes were built from the 1918's to the 1950's though there are some larger one. Most of the lakefront homes on Round Lake in Oakland county are under 2000 square feet. Though there is one colonial that is over 5600 square feet. The homes are relatively close together. So this isn't going to be a lake that you are going to find privacy and space in most cases. The children that live on the lake will go to Walled Lake schools.
