The lakefront homes on Sugden Lake vary widely.  There are still the old lake ranch style cottages that are as small as 650 sq feet.  There are some of these cottages that are now being used as year round homes.  Then there are some big homes on the lake.  There is one large lakefront home that is about 9500 square foot so there are homes that are all shapes, sizes, and ages.  If you were looking for a  uniform subdivision lake then Sugden Lake in Oakland County would not be for you.
