Big Silver Lake

This lake in Waterford has Panfish, Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass. Silver Lake is a great fishing hole with a variety of lake homes.  It is a great place to live and has the perfect lifestyle for you.

Silver Lake is an ideal lake for boating. The Lake is perfect for a water skier, a jet skier, or a casual pontoon boater who are looking for a new place to live in or even as a second property.

The roads around the lake are paved and the homes are on city sewer and have city water.  The lots that Silver Lake homes sit on are from .18 acres in size to .9 acres in size.  The biggest issue with the lake is that some of the homes lie in Pontiac School district which is not one of Oakland County's best school district.  The other school district is Waterford schools.

Silver Lake homes range in size from 1200 square foot to over 3700 square foot.  The lake homes have 2-4 bedrooms, 1-4 bathrooms, 1 1/2 -4 car garages.  Some of the lake homes  have walkout basements, some are on crawls, and some have regular basements.   The homes were built from 1901 to the early 2000's.
