If you don't know about the local Michigan communities and just are moving to Oakland County Michigan you will learn that the township's population is widely diverse and exceptionally well-educated. The median income is one of the highest in the state. Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham schools have always ranked among the highest achieving in the State of Michigan.

There are about 31 Bloomfield Township MI lakes. Many of them are just big ponds. Many of them of them are just paddle boat, row boat lakes - non motorized lakes. Most of them are under 50 acres in size. None of the lakes are over 200 acres.
