I live on White Lake in White Lake and drive by Brendel Lake all the time so let me tell you about the lake. We would call Brendel Lake in White Lake a long narrower lake ideal for skiing. We have been told by many people that have lived on the lake that they love it. They love that is long so they can have long ski or tubing runs for even a smaller lake.

Brendel Lake is a private all sports lake that is about 89 acres in sizes. Normally we would say this size of a lake isn’t big enough for the avid water skier, but because the lake is long and narrow it’s great for skiing. It is a spring fed lake that is 40 feet deep in one spot. There is no DNR public access, but there is a public beach for the subdivions.

Brendel Lake real estate in Oakland County is a mixed bag. There are the smaller cottage style homes that were built in the 1950s, of course the modernized added on to homes that range over 2000 square feet, and there are some bigger newer brick colonial homes that are over 2000 square feet. We would say that you will find some of the bigger homes on the South and west side of the lake.
