Crescent Lake Waterford. Michigan

Hi this is the Bertera Ravary Lakes Team (Joe, Janel, & Russ) your Oakland County Lake specialist.  We are going to talk about Crescent Lake in Waterford today.  Crescent Lake is a public all sports Lake.  If you are looking for a large lake then Crescent lake would not be for you.  It’s about 90 acres in size but it does have a deep spot of 40 ft.

It was named Crescent lake because it is shaped like a crescent moon.  There is a public access on Crescent Lake Rd that runs along one side of the lake.  Children on the lake go to waterford schools.  The homes on the lake are on city sewer and water.

Just by looking we are guessing most of the homes on the lake are under 2000 square foot.  There are still some small 800 square foot range homes.  There are ranches, colonials and even some split level homes.  If you are looking for a high end lake or a lake that has large lots Crescent Lake is probably not going to be for you.
