If you are selling a Deer Lake home here is a quick home selling tip.
Don't forget about staging the outside. After all lake home buyers are really interested in the lake. Strategically position 2 or 3 chairs out by the lake. Set the outside table for a party. Having a tube, a couple of fishing poles or water skis out by the dock sets the tone of how much fun is on the lake.
