
Loon Lake homes for sale Waterford MI
We like Loon Lake because on the west side the homes are more of a subdivision type feel. The lake front homes sit on relatively deep lots. They are a little different than some of Oakland County Lake homes where the home is tight to the street and there is little parking. We think you know what we mean. It is like there was a road and a lake there and then they squeezed a home right in the middle. Well it's not like that on the west side of Loon Lake in Waterford. It's like a normal subdivision street with mature trees and an added bonus of an all sports lake.
There are quite a few lake front homes that range from 2000 to over 4000 square feet. Many of these homes were built after the 1980's. The real estate on the lake varies from a nice condo complex that does have docking priviliges for the people that live on the lake to nice ranch and split level homes. There are a few bungalows on the lake too. These homes are not for sale....just examples of homes
