Waumegah Lake properties usually have 75' to 150' of lake frontage.  There is a little elbow room.  There are a few lakefront properties that have over 1 acre.  There is even one property that has 10 acres.  So Waumegah Lake doesn't have the old lake cottages and the homes are not right on top of one another.
