Lotus Lake is public all sports lake that is 185 acres.  It also connects to Maceday Lake making it a total of 419 acres.  There is plenty of room on the lake to do any type of water sports.  This lake is part of the Clinton River watershed.  It is deep spot of 65 feet deep and we have been told the water quality is very good.

Lotus Lake real estate varies widely.  There are still old smaller 747 sq ft ranch homes all the way up to over 4500 sq ft newer colonial homes.   Most of the lakefront properties are 60-80 ft wide but there are some that are over 200’ in size.

Depending on where you live on the lake the children go to Waterford or Clarkston schools.  Most of the homes are on municipal water and sanitary sewer.  Though there are a few that have wells.  You will find the DNR launch at the east side of Maceday lake.  The state stocks Maceday lake every few years.
