Oxford Lake is an old gravel pit that developers made into a beautiful planned subdivision. When you buy a home on Oxford lake you are within walking distance to the quaint downtown area with unique boutique shops, excellent dining, nice bars & breweries, and let's not forget the excellent Oxford Community Schools! The last bonus of living on Oxford Lake is that it is a very low crime area. This subdivision and lake is a vacation paradise! No more driving or packing for hours to get to that up north lake cottage. Instead, you can vacation where you live, every single day! Summer or winter, there is always something exciting and enjoyable to do here at Oxford Lakes. So, come sail into a new lifestyle with year-round lake community living.
Because it used to be a gravel pit, the lake is fairly deep, clean and most homes have sandy beaches.

This beautifully landscaped and fenced six-acre park has something of interest for all ages! There is a gorgeous gazebo, large sandy beach, many picnic tables, grills, private boat launch & dock, play structure, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, two regulation-size tennis courts as well as bathroom facilities. This wonderful "association only" park is nestled on plenty of rolling, lush, green grass and overlooks the crystal blue 115 acres of Oxford Lake. Teaming with bluegill, bass, walleye, and trout, this lake will provide you and your kids with some of the best available fishing in Oakland County!

Docks should not extend more than 20 feet maximum from the shore and an “L” or “T” shape is
acceptable providing it also is within the 20 foot limit. The dock should be no more than 4 feet
wide. Low, portable docks in either aluminum or wood, natural or natural stain, are the only
