Wormer Lake in Oakland County is about 24 feet deep in the deepest spot and the water source is the Clinton river. There is a nice association park on the east side of the lake. You cannot get to Lake Angelus from Wormer Lake. It is a private all sports lake however there is a public access point on Loon Lake. However you are most likely only going to get fisherman coming to Wormer Lake as it isn't big enough to do a lot of skiing on.

The houses on the lake are on municipal water and sewer. The children on the lake go to Waterford schools. There are about 3 or 4 log cabins on the lake. Most of the homes were built between the 1960 and 1970s. I would say most of the homes range between 1200 and 2500 square feet.
