Peninsula Lake in Highland MI is a small lake that is north of M-59 that you can see off Milford Road. It is less than a ten minute ride to downtown Milford and less than 30 minutes to Brighton.

I am guessing there are about 15 - 30 Peninsula Lake homes.

Peninsula Lake was named for a little peninsula that stuck out into the lake. Huron Valley schools is where the children would go to.

Peninsula waterfront homes range in size from 1200 square feet up to 2300 square feet. Most of the homes are on Peninsula Lake Drive and were built between 1950 to the late 1990's. I would not consider this lake to be a lake that will see the smaller houses torn down and large mega homes rebuilt in their place. The lake is just not big enough.

Peninsu la Lake home styles are cape cods, colonials, ranchs, and split level homes.

Peninsula Lake properties range from about 60 to about 88 square feet. There is one home that has 2.2 acres. But most of the lake homes are on what I would call regular sized lots.
