Scott Lake is a private all sports lake that is about in 77.5 acres in size.  It has a deep hole of 35 feet deep.  It is a spring fed lake.  One of my clients on the lake told me the fishing was great.  It's not a huge lake but it is big enough to jet ski, water ski, wakeboard, or tube on.

There are still a few small older ranch homes on the lake.  So the homes range in size from 900 square feet to over 2600 square foot.  Some of the homes sit on a hill so there are many homes that have walk out basements.   The lot sizes of the lakefront homes range from 50 of lake frontage to over 200 ft of frontage.  Some of the lots are 200 feet deep and there are a couple of properties that over an acre.

The children on the lake go to either Waterford Schools or Pontiac Schools.  The homes on the north side of the lake is Pontiac schools.  All the homes are on city water and sewer.
