Charlick Lake in Highland Township is just a small lake. What some lake home buyers will like is that I would call it a subdivision lake. Nice brick homes in a nice neighborhood around the lake. Hi, I’m Russ Ravary a local lake realtor. It is a private all sports lake but it’s not really big enough for water skiing or wakeboarding. Charlick Lake is only about 50 acres and that includes the island. The deepest spot in the lake is 18 ft. deep. The Lake is like a donut with an island in the middle. The lake is spring fed and they have an auxiliary well to keep the lake level up.
There are cape cods, colonials and split level homes on the lake. Most of the homes were built in the 1960 & 70’s. The road is paved around the lake. The houses on the lake have wells and septic systems. The school system for the lake is Huron Valley.
