Dixie Lake Clarkston. Michigan

Hi this is Russ Ravary your Oakland County lakes area realtor. Let’s talk about Dixie Lake near Clarkston in Springfield Township. It is located just west of dixie hwy and northeast of I-75. Dixie Lake is a private all sports lake. It’s a smaller lake at 78 acres. So if you are an avid waterskier or water boarder then this may not be the lake for a very active water sports enthusiast.

The deepest spot on the lake is 50 feet and the lake is spring fed. Most of the time boating traffic on the lake is light. Lakefront homes on Dixie Lake range for the older 700 square foot ranches to updated, added on to, 2400 square foot colonials. Of course like most Oakland County lakes there are newer homes that have been built when the old house was torn down.
