Hi this is Russ Ravary your Metro Detroit lakes area realtor.  I live on White Lake next to Duck Lake.  Duck Lake lies in Highland Twp.  The lake is a private 253 acre lake that has no public access.  The deepest spot in the lake is 31 feet.

I like Duck Lake because it is a curvy lake with multiple bays.  On the West side of the lake I would say it is the pricier side.   You will find newer bigger colonials that range up to a million dollars.  Axford Acres is sub on the same side of the lake that has a subdivision feel and a nice uniform brick home appearance.
