There are about 40 to 50 Geneva Lakefront homes. The age of the homes are from the 1940's to the 2000's. There is at least one subdivision that has an association park/beach on the lake.
Geneva Lake properties have between 40' to 90' of lake frontage. There is one property that is on 4 acres. The lakefront homes sizes are between 1100 square feet to 4300 square feet. So there is a combination of new and old homes, large and small. I am guessing that more of the homes are in the 2000 square foot range.
