This is what Harvey Lake real estate is like.  Most of the homes on the lake are either split levels or ranch homes.  I would say the majority of the homes are under 2000 sq ft.  There are several larger newer brick colonial homes on the lake too.  On the east side of the lake there are some lake homes that sit on larger parcels of land to give you space and privacy.
