Heather Lake in Oakland county is a private non all sports lake that is about 64 acres in size.  It is an electric motor only lake that will give you the piece and quiet you have been looking forward too.  This what I would call a subdivision lake with no little lake cottages on the lake.  Surrounding the lake are no small homes either.  You will find a subdivision of mostly brick colonial homes.  Heather Lake real estate was built from 1987 to the present. 

Lakefront homes range in size from about 3300 sq ft to over 11000 square ft.  You will find gated estates here.  Heather Lakefront homes sit on properties that range from a 1/2 acres to over 4 acres in size.  When you drive down the street you will feel the grandeur of the many beautiful lake estates.  The children on the lake go to Lake Orion Schools.  The homes have wells and are on sewers.
