Did you know that lake homes hold their values better than most non lake homes? One of the reasons is that there is a limited amount of lake homes in the metro Detroit area. Peninsula Lake in Highland MI is a small lake that is north of M-59 that you can see off Milford Road. It is less than a ten minute ride to downtown Milford and less than 30 minutes to Brighton. I am guessing there are about 15 - 30 Peninsula Lake homes.
