Hi this is Russ Ravary your Oakland County lakes area realtor. Today let’s talk about Indianwood Lake in Orion Township. I love this little lake. It is a well kept lake area with mature trees. Something about the lake makes me feel like I am up north.
Indianwood Lake in Oakland County is a private, non all sports lake that is about 122 acres in sizes. It is an electric motor or hand powered lake. So those of you looking for an all sports lake you will have to move on to the next lake. No jet skiis, or gas motors allowed.
The water source of the lake is Paint Creek. It is west of 24 and just north of Indianwood Lake. When I was there one time they we planting fish in the lake. So I would think there are plenty of fish to catch there.
Indianwood real estate varies from 1200 sq ft ranches up to a luxury lakefront estate that is over 7200 square foot that sits on 13 acres.
