A decent size lake, good for all your favorite water sports, or simply cruising around during the sunset. This is a great option for you and your family. Due to its size, privacy and ability fish, wake-board, ski, or cruise around, your family will make so many awesome memories just in your first summer of living here!

Union Lake: Moving up in size this lake is 465 acres! It's also 110 feet deep! this is a public, all-sports lakes, with access off union lake rd. Cass Lake: Cass Lake is a large lake in Michigan at 1280 acres and with an average depth 26 feet and its deepest point reaching 123 feet.  Cass Lake is a great choice for those seeking a waterfront property in Michigan because it is surrounded by so many cities in Oakland County.  These Michigan cities include Waterford Township, West Bloomfield Orchard Lake Village, and Keego Harbour.  These waterfront properties sit on a public access lake that allows all sports vehicles.  Cass Lake is a fun place for waterfront living in Michigan because it does have sherriff patrols.

Darb lake: This is a small lake sitting at about 16 acres. Being so small it is definitely not all-sports, and is electric motor only. This is a private lake, and depending on which end of the lake your on, living here could feel like your up north. Some of the homes are smaller and really feel like living in a cottage. While the others are somewhat newer and larger, providing a more "modern" living feel. Depending on what housing style your looking for; as long as it's on a private smaller lake, you'll be happy living here for sure!

Pine Lake: This is a wonderful lake to live on. Quite large in comparison to Darb'll find that this lake is 395 acres! Like I said much larger. Pine lake is an all-sports private lake. This is a great feature a lot of lakefront home buyers search for. Being a private lake you don't have to worry about extra weekend and holiday traffic on the lake. There is a nice country club on the lake as-well; Pine Lake County Club. There is an outdoor tennis court, an indoor tennis house, swimming pool, deck ares, golf course, and a beautiful club house!

Pine Lake

Flanders Lake: Switching gears again. This is a small lake; at only 9.6 acres. This is definitely not an all sports lake. However it is private. This is a good lake for those looking to get peace and quiet. Hit the lake for a long peaceful day of fishing, or relax on your porch and enjoy the scenery. This lake will make you feel like your living on a small secluded up north lake. You'll typically find the following fish in this lake; blue gill, crappie, large-mouth bass, and pumpkin sunfish. This would be a fun lake to ice fish on during those cold winter months!
