Lower Long Lake Bloomfield Mi.   Hello This is Russ Ravary your Oakland County Lakes realtor.  Let's talk today about Lower Long Lake In Bloomfield Twp.   Lower Long lake is a private non all sports lake that is about 190 acres in size.  Lower long lake is an electric motor only lake.  It connects to two different lakes Forest Lake and Upper Long Lake.  If you go under a bridge you can get to Forest Lake which is also an electric motor only lake.  But many residents tie up their jet skis behind the pontoon and go to upper long lake via a canal which is an all sports lake.  So their kids or grand kids can tube behind the jet skis.

Lower Long Lake real estate is going to be a little pricier than most Oakland County lakefront homes simply because the lake is in Bloomfield Twp.  It's all about the address.  There are still a few small homes that were built in the 1950's but most of those types of homes have been torn down.  larger newer homes have been rebuilt in their place.

One thing find on Lower Long Lake is that many of the properties and homes sit on good sized properties.  Many of them range from 125' to 294' and there are some that have acreage or up to an acres in size.  These lake homes have a little more privacy and not on top of one another like many of Oakland County's waterfront properties.
