Williams Lake real estate is like many of Waterford's Lakes. It varies greatly from small to large on lots that range from 47' wide to about a 100' wide. Most of them though are between 40 and 70 foot wide.
There are 800 square foot ranches and bungalows that were built in the 1920's. There is even what I would call a doll house a 660 square foot ranch on Williams Lake. But on the other extreme there is a 3300 and 5300 square foot ranch home.
Of course there are quite a few colonials in the 2000 square foot range. So if you aren't pretentious and don't have to live on a upper end lake where the homes are all large and newer then you might want to check out William Lake properties.

Williams Lake is a sea horse shaped lake. The Williams Lake Association offers a sailboat club, kayak club and waterski club. The Williams Lake Association is very active and if you like social activities you might want to check out this Oakland County Lake. They have a summer celebration and fireworks show in July, a Fishing tournament, a Golf outing, and a boat parade to name a few of the things they do for lake residents.

Those at least 16 years of age and born after December 31, 1978, may operate a PWC legally only if they have obtained a boating safety certificate. Those born on or before December 31, 1978, may operate a PWC legally without restrictions. You must have your certificate with you when you are driving a jet ski otherwise you could get a ticket.

Williams Lake is located in Waterford Township Oakland County Michigan. It is southeast of Williams Lake Rd and west of Airport Rd. The lake is south of Maceday Lake and Lotus Lake, and to the northeast of Pontiac Lake.
The kids that live on the lake go to Waterford Schools.
