Crystal Lakefront homes. There are approximately 5 private homes on the lake. Located on the lake are Crystal Lake Apartments and some condos.
The waterfront homes range in size from 1300 - 1700 square feet. They are either ranches or cape cod style homes. They are 4 bedroom, 2 bath and were built in 1999 and 2000. Two of them sold in the last 3 years (from 10/2011), they sold for $183,000 and $187,000.
There is a condo complex on the lake too which is part of a golf community. We don't know if there is a boat dock for the condos. The condo complex is newer started in 1999 and 2000. The condos range from 1440 - 1900 square feet. They are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 -2.5 bathrooms, and 2 car garages. The condos once sold for $189,000 and now in the last 3 years they are selling between $39,000 and $50,000.
