One half of the lake is natural with no homes on it. It is an electric motors lake. The children that live on Flanders Lake go to West Bloomfield Schools.

Flanders Lakefront homes for sale. Most of the homes in the lake were built from 1955 60's - 1970's. There are approximately 15 homes on the lake consisting of ranch, colonial and split level style homes. The homes range from 1700 square feet (a ranch) up up to 3800 square feet ( a colonial). Flanders Lake properties range in size from 90' to about 180' With most of them having over 100' of lake frontage.
All the homes are on Bay St, West Bloomfield and it looks like a normal subdivision street. With the wide lots and mature trees Flanders Lake is relaxing with the wide lots, ample privacy, and mature trees.
There have been no waterfront homes sold on the lake in the last 3 years! It's a stable community!
