We would call the lake more of a wildlife watching pond. Somewhere where you could kayak, or canoe. It looked so full of lily pads we don't think you can swim or even take a paddle boat through.
Hickory Ridge Lake homes range from 2400 square foot to over 4300 square feet. They were built from the mid 1980's to about 2014. They are big beautiful brick colonials with 2 & 3 car garages, basements (some walkout). Most of the homes have 3 & 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2+ bathrooms.
The homes sit on lots ranging from 1/2 acre to .87 acres. There is one home that sits on 6.57 acres. It is basically a one street sub comprised of nice brick colonials. There are no small cottages on this little lake.
