It was named for A.F. Knoblock who owned the surrounding property in the 1940's and 50's. The children that live on the lake go to Huron Valley Schools. The lake has several good sized bays.

Knoblock Lake home styles are mainly ranches and colonials. The square footage of the homes range from 2600 to over 5400 square feet. The homes on the lake are newer and were built between the years of 1982 -1994. They are 3+ bedroom, 2+bathrooms lake homes with 2+ car garages, and basements (some of them are walkout).
So overall Knoblock waterfront homes are newer built since the 1980's and are on large parcels.
