Orchard Lake in Orchard lake MI, Is also a large lake. Sitting at 788 acres surface are, and about 110 feet deep, this lake is great for water sports. Orchard Lake does have public access just off Orchard lake Rd, north of Pontiac Trail. While it does have public access it does not have a public beach. The access is for putting boats in and out of the water. Orchard lake is in a high end real estate market area. The homes are truly beautiful and most quiet large. This is a lake where cottages are rarely found, or torn down for the lakefront lot to build a larger and more extravagant home.

 Cass Lake in Waterford Twp Michigan, is a very large lake, at 1280 acres! This lake is definitely all sports and is perfect for wake-boarding, skiing, tubing, and more! This lake is not private, there are public access beaches along the shoreline in multiple spots. One of the public areas is through Dodge Park, which has over 80 parking spots. There is definitely room for your friends on this lake. As for the kids, of course they will love living on this lake, but also might not have to change schools. The children on this lake attend: Waterford, and West Bloomfield schools!

 Lake Orion in Lake Orion Michigan, Is also a top lake in Oakland county. This lake is perfect for a family of any size or situation. Whether its your first lake house to start a family, or a home to retire and relax on. This is an all-sports lake, there is no public beach, but there is public access. The lake sits at about 470 acres. So there is still room, on the weekends, when non-lakefront home owners drop their boats in. The kids here attend Lake Orion Schools and will surely have a blast all summer long out on the water! There are a variety of home styles here so I'm sure we can find you something you'll like!
