Most of the Dixie Lake properties range from 40' to 100' of lake frontage. Though there are a few with 35' and over 100' foot of lake frontage. Most of the lake homes have no acreage, but there are some that have bigger lots from 1/2 acre to 1 acre. There are not a lot of them that are big.

Most of Dixie Lake front homes were built during the years of the late 1940's to early 1970's. There are a few of the 1930's homes left on the lake too. Of course there were later built homes. Some as late at 2006. So there are some newer brick colonials with walkout basements on the lake.
The homes range in size from 700 square foot ranches to to 3600 square foot colonials. But most of the homes on Dixie Lake range from 1000 square feet to 2400 square feet.
