Tioga Lake is on dirt roads and a great lake for jet skiing. Pinckney Schools is where the kids go to school if they live on the lake. It is a spring fed lake so you have to be careful where you walk on the ice in the winter because some of it does not freeze over.

Tioga Lake real estate Livingston County MI
Tioga Lakefront homes consists mostly of small cottages. Many of the lakefront homes were built in the 1930's, 1940's, and 1950's. Some of them are as small as 500 square feet. Most of these older lakefront homes range from 700 - 1100 square feet.
Like so many of Livingston County Lakes some of the old lakefront homes have been torn down and new homes built. There is a 3300 square foot Cape cod style home on the lake and a few 2200 square foot colonials.
Even though most of lakefront homes are small the lakefront properties range in size from 60' to 150' of lake frontage. There are even a few Tioga Lakefront properties that have 1 and 2 acres.

Tioga Lake is located in Hamburg Township Livingston County MI. It is West of Whitewood Rd, East of McGregor Rd and South of 36.
