It is an all sport lake that is too small for any big water sports enthusiast. You basically have to have the steering wheel turned on your speed boat because all you are going to be doing is going around in small circles. So you are not going to find many speed boats or jet skiis on the lake. It may be ok for a occassional or a short tubing trip or a short waterski ride. But if you want to do it a lot we would recommend a bigger lake like Woodland Lake in Brighton or Whitmore Lake in Washtenaw County.
