Fonda Lakefront homes are both old and new from the 1920's to newer 2000 built homes.  There are a few small ranches under 1000 square feet and there is one 4100 square foot colonial. There have been some lakefront homes that have been added onto and remodeled throughout the years.

So we started going out and visiting the lakes when we had free time.  We sat and talked to the local lake residents when I had time.  We have taken all these pictures.  We have over a hundred pictures of some of the lakes.  We took pictures of the homes on the lake one year after Russ' wife died.  He did not feel like working, but he needed something to do.  So he drove around to all the local lakes in the area, gathered information, and took pictures.  It kept him busy after his wife’s death from breast cancer.  Then we all started doing it.  At the same time we gained so much knowledge about our local lakes.

During the late fall and early winter during our slow time we put this website together.  We keep updating it as I get better information.  In fact if you know something about a lake send me an email.  We will add it to the website.  Or if you have a great picture to share we will be glad to post it.
