You will also find some on Elizabeth, Williams, Maceday, Lake Oakland, Watkins, Loon, and Lotus. The most expensive lake homes (price per square foot) will most likely be on Cass Lake. If you are comparing West Bloomfield lakefront homes to Waterford lake houses you will find more expensive homes in West Bloomfield. And more of them. Waterford lake homes are more reasonably priced per square foot. Some of that reasoning may be because Waterford's schools are not as highly ranked as West Bloomfield's schools.
